EZRA Technologies, Inc. is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), minority-owned company based in Maryland. EZRA has excellent past performance and has provided a number of high-quality IT Services to federal government clients, including areas such as Information Assurance/Cyber Security, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Project Management, and Configuration Management, to name a few. Derrick Bailey

Chairman

Derrick Bailey, Chairman of EZRA Technologies, Inc. (EZRA), founded the company in 2000. EZRA provides clients with a full range of Information Technology security services. Mr. Bailey oversees EZRA’s operations, business management, and strategy development. He has over 20 years of general Information Technology experience in network operations management and security, network design, engineering, system migration, and deployment. Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Science degree in Network Security.

Emmanuel Bailey

COO

Prior to joining EZRA Technologies in 2015 as COO, Emmanuel Bailey was Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Fannie Mae. In that position, he was responsible for the implementation of strategies focused on multi-cultural inclusion dedicated to increasing individual and corporate performance throughout the organization and strengthening the company’s diversity activities among employees, customers, and suppliers. Emmanuel was also integral to managing the firm’s $500M annual Supplier Diversity Spend.
